Four people from the Final Exit Network were indicted
Thursday in connection with the April 2007 death of a
Phoenix, Arizona woman. Authorities regard the death as
assisted suicide.
Two of the people are FEN exit guides, one is a
regional coordinator, and the fourth is FEN’s medical
director (who was indicted in February as one of the
Georgia Four.)
